Orders

Orders are subject to availability and payment confirmation. We can refuse or cancel any order — if we do, you'll get a full refund.

A contract is formed when we send your order confirmation email.

Pricing

Prices are in GBP (£) and include UK VAT at 20%. The price at checkout is the price you pay. Prices may change, but not after you've ordered.

If you're ordering from outside the UK, your bank or card provider may charge a currency conversion fee. We don't control this. Non-UK customers may also be charged local import VAT or sales tax on top of the purchase price — this is separate from what you pay us.

Payment

Payments go through Squarespace Payments. We accept major credit and debit cards. We don't store card details.

Shipping

We ship to the UK and internationally. Costs and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout.

Orders go out within 3–5 working days of payment. Tracking is sent on dispatch.

International delivery times vary by destination and are estimated only. We're not responsible for delays from couriers, customs, or anything outside our control.

Customs, duties and import taxes

International orders may be subject to customs charges, import duties, or local taxes on arrival. These are set by your country's government — we have no control over them and can't predict the amount.

Any such charges are your responsibility and are not covered in our shipping cost. If a parcel is refused or returned because import fees weren't paid, we'll deduct the return shipping cost from your refund.

We recommend checking your country's import rules before ordering.

Returns

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you can cancel within 14 days of receiving your order, no reason needed.

To return:

1. Email hello@valentinealexander.xyz within 14 days of delivery with your order number
2. Send the item back unworn, with tags on
3. Return postage is on you unless the item is faulty

Refunds go back to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the return.

We don't accept returns on items that have been worn, washed, or altered, or items sent back after the 14-day window without prior agreement.

International returns follow the same process. Return postage from outside the UK is at your expense and is likely to cost more — we recommend using a tracked service as we can't process a refund for items lost in transit.

Your local consumer protection laws may give you additional rights on top of what's listed here. These terms don't override them.

Faulty or incorrect items

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@valentinealexander.xyz. We'll sort a replacement or full refund, including return postage.

Stock

Collection 01 is a limited run. If something sells out after you've ordered, we'll tell you immediately and refund in full.

Gifted items

Gifted items are not returnable.

Intellectual property

All content on this site (imagery, copy, logos, design) belongs to Valentine Alexander. Nothing can be reproduced without written permission.

Governing law

English and Welsh law applies. Disputes go to the English courts.
